The “Customer” is You, or your representative and is defined as the person ordering the product, paying for the product, scheduling delivery or take-out.

HAPPYJAXX is HJR 801 MAGAZINE LLC or its representatives, a Louisiana based company.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

HAPPYJAXX does not employ delivery personnel. HAPPYJAXX partners with the following 3rd-Party Delivery Services: UBER EATS, DOOR DASH, GRUB HUB.

ONLINE ORDERING PARTNERS

HAPPYJAXX provides online menus and order processing via the following 3rd-Parties: Toast, UBER EATS, DOOR DASH, GRUB HUB

dELIVERY METHOD ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Customer Acknowledges that HAPPYJAXX is not responsible for the “delivery” of your order if placed through an ONLINE ORDERING PARTNER. All deliveries are made through ONLINE ORDERING PARTNERS each of which subcontracts delivery services to individuals (“drivers”) not employed, managed or directed by HAPPYJAXX.

HAPPYJAXX is not responsible for items once they are handed to drivers. HAPPYJAXX takes great care to properly package and secure your order for delivery. Any delays in delivery, after your order is handed to driver, are the responsibility of our delivery partners.

Damage to your order should be reported FIRST to the delivery service you chose at check out. Missing Items from your order should be reported to HAPPYJAXX and the delivery partner.

aLLERGY AGREEMENT

HAPPYJAXX products and ingredients, and third-party products and ingredients sold VIA this site, are stored by or processed near tree nut, wheat, dairy and other common food allergies. By purchasing a product from HAPPYJAXX the Customer is agreeing that HAPPYJAXX cannot guarantee that the product you purchased is free of any ingredients that you may be allergic too EVEN IF THAT INGREDIENT IS NOT LISTED IN THE CONTENTS OF A PRODUCT. The Customer assumes the entire allergy risk that may existing in the products they are purchasing

rEFUND POLICY

FULL or PARTIAL REFUNDS are available to the Customer under the following ONLY:

  1. Beyond the below, HAPPYJAXX reserves the right to provide a full refund at its discrection in an effort to preserve Customer satisfaction.

  2. Full Refunds are available to the Customer if Order(s) are cancelled prior to ORDER PROCESSING set at 10 minutes after the order paid for and processed. No Refund will be available for orders cancelled after the order has been given to third party delivery partners.

  3. Partial Refunds are available for items missing from your order AND are known to have not been placed in the bag provided to the customer or 3rd party delivery partners.

  4. HAPPYJAXX will provide NO REFUNDS FOR ORDERS WHERE 1) the third-party delivery driver damages or steals the order. Customer should contact the 3rd Party Delivery Partner they chose when ordering online.

cOMMUNICATION & dOCUMENTATION POLICY AND TERMS

You acknowledge and agree to have all communication with HAPPYJAXX, including phone calls, recorded for quality assurance, training AND terms of service purposes. If physically ordering from our location(s) you agree to be recorded in both audio and video surveillance.
